Shipping policy
1. Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days within Europe.
- Orders outside Europe will takes 2-5 business days to be processed
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment, Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Can I still change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@minava.de within 24 hours of your oder. We cannot make changes beyond this time because your odered goods must have been on it's way to you.
5. Damages:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us or the shipping Carrier immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make sure we fix your concern (s).
- Should the case be a product damage, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for proofs before filing a claim.
